OUR NATURAL WINE
Our grapes are organically grown and harvested on our farm, Rancho Boa Vista, in Ballard Canyon, AVA. We practice biodynamic farming on our vineyard, using the moon to guide our soil, water, and picking schedule.

Bolognese
This bolognese is a must-make. It does take a bit of effort but it’s totally worth it. I like to pair it with our Syrahvá for rich jammy counterpart, or our Grenache red if I want a lighter mouth feel. Ingredients 1 medium onion, chopped 3 celery stalk, chopped 3 small carrot, peeled, chopped 3Continue reading “Bolognese”
Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream 3 Tablespoons (36g) packed light brown sugar 2Continue reading “Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes”
